Agent Quoting

The agent can use the quick quote feature for fast insurance quotes. The user’s information will automatically be entered into the system, so there’s no duplicate data entry to bind a policy.

More in-depth underwriting questions and third-party tools will be used to then give the interested customer a more accurate quote. The agent can request overrides from underwriting and track policyholder activity.

If necessary, the client can send an application back to the insurance agent for reassessment. Only the client can override underwriting guidelines.

Policyholder Support

Agents can log into a policyholder’s portal account using pass-through authentication. This allows them to see exactly what the insured sees and help with tasks like registration as well as document access and upload.

Agents can send and view sent emails and track system-generated notices. They can also send and track eSign documents.
