AJ has a strong technical foundation and more than a decade of hands-on experience in the auto insurance industry, supporting both IT operations and non-standard insurance workflows. Grounded in customer service, underwriting, claims support and system administration, he helps enhance operational efficiency while maintaining stable and reliable technical environments.
AJ’s experience spans multiple facets of non-standard auto insurance, including claims support, underwriting workflows, policy servicing and agent communications. He also has experience configuring and maintaining client servers, ensuring consistent ISi system performance, secure access and seamless integration with internal insurance applications.
AJ has been instrumental in supporting the setup and ongoing operations of a non-standard MGA, contributing to workflow design, documentation accuracy and system configuration for both internal staff and agency users. He effectively bridges technical capabilities with the procedural demands of insurance operations and ISi.
With a degree in Information Science and a minor in Security Risk Analysis, AJ delivers practical, hands-on technical expertise that supports ISi systems and day-to-day business operations. His responsibilities include computer maintenance and troubleshooting, resolving client support issues, onboarding and training new employees and working directly with clients to meet technical requirements.
