Technical Programmer
William Lamy is a Technical Programmer who has been contributing to Modotech’s core product, Internet Solutions for Insurance (ISi), for 11 years. He has 38+ total years of computer programming experience and extensive experience in critical application software development and high-visibility project management, especially within ColdFusion-enabled environments.
William has an extensive background in conceptualizing, designing and implementing a diverse spectrum of client websites and web-based applications. He is also experienced in SQL data modeling, indexing, optimization and extraction.
Not only is William fully versed in the administration and optimization of ColdFusion, IIS, and SQL Server technologies, but he is also highly experienced in configuring MS Windows networks, with an emphasis on integrating and optimizing native web serving technologies and supporting protocols within a Windows environment.
William designed, built, and optimized one of the first viable Windows-based web serving networks in Rochester, NY.
