She works closely with clients to ensure their systems support daily operations, regulatory requirements and long-term business goals. Prior, she was an insurance agent for 10 years.
Known for her collaborative approach and attention to detail, Anita focuses on delivering reliable, well-designed solutions that work seamlessly across policy and claims operations. She brings a deep understanding of insurance workflows and applies that knowledge to help clients operate efficiently, accurately, and with confidence.
Her client-focused expertise includes solution design and configuration: Anita guides clients through the setup and enhancement of their systems, including rating updates, state-specific requirements, and tailored policy and claims functionality to meet each organization’s unique needs.
She also conducts client implementation and offers ongoing support: Anita serves as a primary point of contact for complex client initiatives, coordinating system implementations, upgrades, and new features. She works closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and solutions are delivered smoothly.
