Matthew Learn has been with Modotech for the past 20 years, concentrating on technology in the insurance sector. With a strong foundation in programming and system support, he offers a perspective that is centered on system structure and efficiency. This background enables him to provide expertise spanning everything, from the operating system level of the servers to the end-user’s front-end experience.
Matthew’s background in programming and database development prior to working on ISi has been instrumental in expanding and enhancing the ISi system with new features that meet today’s insurance needs. This includes updated and improved insured self-service options, electronic document signing and more efficient direct-to-insured distributions that reduce the cost of policy management.
Matthew’s extensive system-level expertise has been pivotal to Modotech’s ongoing success in adapting and enhancing the core ISi system to manage growing data volumes and evolving server infrastructure. His guidance facilitated the strategic move to flexible, cloud-based hosting, significantly lowering upfront costs while greatly enhancing the system’s resiliency, scalability and security. Through his architectural oversight, Matthew ensures that ISi remains agile and future-ready, able to evolve alongside technological advancements and the needs of mid-sized and growing enterprises.
