Kelly Bice has over 20 years of experience at Modotech, specializing in policy administration systems for insurance carriers, with a focus on auto and property lines across multiple states. She holds a BS in Information Technology as well as an Associate In Insurance (AINS) designation. She brings deep technical expertise in CFML and SQL, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, and has played a key role in designing, developing, and implementing complex rating algorithms that support diverse product structures and regulatory requirements.
Kelly is closely involved in the full implementation lifecycle, partnering with clients to define business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations. Her work includes collaborating on user interface design, workflow modeling, and rating logic implementation to ensure solutions are accurate, scalable and aligned with operational needs. She has significant experience supporting multi-state, multi-line rating strategies, including maintenance and enhancements as products evolve.
In addition to her development and implementation responsibilities, Kelly manages support team rating projects, overseeing issue analysis, configuration updates and ongoing improvements. She serves as a key liaison between clients, support and technical teams to ensure timely resolution, consistency and high-quality delivery. Her long-standing institutional knowledge and hands-on technical leadership contribute to reliable system performance and successful client outcomes in the auto and property insurance markets.
